Best Time to Visit Nepal

Nepal has two peak trekking seasons. Spring (March to May) offers blooming rhododendrons and clear skies perfect for mountain views. Autumn (September to November) is considered the best overall — stable weather, crystal clear visibility and ideal temperatures. Monsoon season (June to August) brings heavy rain making trails slippery but the valleys are lush and green. Winter (December to February) is cold at altitude but lower elevation destinations like Pokhara and Kathmandu remain pleasant and crowd-free.
